What is Hypnosis? Everyone at sometime has experienced some degree of hypnosis!

This state of specific concentration to the exclusion of other things is a form of hypnosis. When the hypnotist enables you to achieve this altered state of consciousness you are more able to absorb the suggestions that will aid your empowerment. |
